Restaurant POS
Till, dining room, kitchen and delivery, in one program
Comanver is the POS written between pizza ovens and delivery riders. It takes payment fast in the rush, sends every ticket to the right printer and leaves the invoice ready for VeriFactu. Add the rest when you need it.
- VeriFactu built in
- No new hardware to buy
- One store or a whole chain
- No per-order commission
One order, start to finish
From the waiter’s phone to the kitchen and the till, without typing anything twice
- 1
The order is taken
On the till or on the waiter’s phone, at the table, course by course.
- 2
The kitchen knows
Each dish prints or shows up at its station, with its timer.
- 3
Paid and invoiced
Cash, card or split by line. The invoice is chained and ready for the Spanish Tax Agency.
What you need
Nothing you don’t already have
Comanver runs in the browser. No branded terminal to buy, and no technician installing software on every till.
The devices you already own
The till, back office and kitchen display open on a computer, tablet or phone. Waiters use their own phone, with nothing to download from an app store.
Your receipt printers
Any receipt printer Windows recognises works: 58 or 80 mm, thermal or impact. The only thing installed is the print agent, once, on a PC in the venue, and it updates itself.
An internet connection
That is what lets you check the till from home, run several stores at once and lose nothing if a computer breaks. The trade-off is that the venue needs a connection: a 4G backup router covers a fibre outage.
Always included
What every install comes with
The core is not sold piece by piece: taking payment, printing and invoicing are not optional in a restaurant.
A till built for the rush
Big buttons, the menu with photos and the ticket always in view. Dine-in, bar, pickup, delivery and platforms on the same screen.
Your dining room, as it really is
Draw each area with its tables and decor, and the till sees at a glance which table is free, eating or asking for the bill.
Shifts and blind cash-up
Opening and closing the till needs a manager’s PIN. On closing, cash and card totals are counted before the expected figures are shown, and any difference is recorded.
Every ticket to the right printer
The pizza prints by the oven, the salad in the cold kitchen and the drink at the bar. Several tills, each with its own printer.
Invoicing and VeriFactu built in
Every ticket is a chained simplified invoice with its hash and the Spanish Tax Agency verification QR. It is not a module: it is always there.
A back office for every day
Today’s sales, the last two weeks and by channel; all tickets with filters; and alerts for what needs attention, like a scooter’s insurance about to expire.
Chains and franchises
For one venue or the whole chain
The menu lives in one place and each store sells at its own prices. Opening a new venue does not mean setting up products, sizes and bases all over again.
- One shared menu for every store, with different prices in each.
- Each store decides which sizes, bases and products it sells, at the till and online.
- Each store invoices with its own VeriFactu certificate, its own till and its own shifts.
- One website with the chain’s brand: customers pick the store that delivers to them.
- Anyone running several venues switches between them from the back office header, without logging out.
Your own online store
Your menu online, taking card payments with no per-order commission
The same menu as your till, with photos and allergens, on your own website. Orders drop straight into the till and the kitchen; scheduled ones arrive on time and not before.
Modules
Only pay for what you will use
A delivery pizzeria and a sit-down restaurant do not need the same things. Modules are switched on and off from inside the program.
Online ordering
Your own online store, with your menu, your opening hours and your delivery area, taking card payments.
Learn moreDelivery
Home delivery: riders carry their orders on their phone, nearest first, and the till hands out change and settles up with each one at the end of the shift.
Learn moreWaiter app and courses
Waiters take orders on their phone at the table and fire each course to the kitchen when it is time.
Learn moreKitchen display
A screen in the kitchen instead of paper, showing what is pending and how long each item has been waiting.
Learn moreInventory
Inventory and recipe costing: what is in the cold room, what was used during service and what needs restocking.
Learn morePromotions
Promotions and discounts — 2-for-1, fixed-price bundles, free items, staff discount — with their own rules and dates.

Spanish anti-fraud law
VeriFactu is not an add-on
Every ticket is an invoice with its chained hash and verification QR code. It is sent to the Spanish Tax Agency with each store’s own certificate, and nobody has to remember a thing.
- Hash and chaining on issue
- Signed with the store’s certificate
- Full and corrective invoices, PDF by email
- Turning a module off never locks your tax data
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to run it?
A web browser. The till, back office and kitchen display run on the computer, tablet or phone you already have. To print kitchen tickets and receipts you install our print agent once on a Windows PC in the venue.
Is it only for pizzerias?
It was born in pizzerias, which is why it understands halves, sizes, bases and toppings. But it has a dining room with a floor plan, courses, a waiter app, bar and kitchen stations: restaurants, bars and delivery kitchens use it just as well.
Is it VeriFactu compliant?
Yes, and it is not a separate module: invoicing and submission to the Spanish Tax Agency are part of the core of every install.
What if the internet goes down?
Comanver needs a connection: there is no offline mode. Anything waiting to print stays in the queue and comes out when the line is back. To avoid depending on fibre, the usual setup is a 4G backup router that kicks in on its own if the fibre fails.
Which printers work?
Any receipt printer Windows recognises: 58 or 80 mm thermal printers and impact printers such as the Bixolon SRP-270. Each ticket prints at its own station (oven, kitchen, bar) and one PC can drive several printers.
Does it work for a chain or a franchise?
Yes, and it already runs that way in production. The menu lives in one place, each store has its own prices, till and VeriFactu invoicing with its own certificate, and anyone running several stores switches between them from the back office header. If each franchisee is a separate company, tell us and we will work out how to split customer data.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the modules you switch on and whether you prefer a subscription or a perpetual licence. Tell us about your place and we will send you a fixed quote.
Shall we try it with your menu?
Try the demo any time, or tell us about your place: how many tills, whether you have a dining room, whether you deliver. We will tell you which modules you need and which you don’t.
