October 2026

  1. New

Riders get their own phone screen

Riders sign in with their PIN from the street and see the deliveries still to go, nearest first. They pick up unassigned orders, open the route on the map and, on delivery, record whether the customer paid cash, card or a mix; web orders already paid are just confirmed. The till sees it straight away and settles up with them as usual. Their location only sorts the list on their phone: it is never sent or stored.

    Module · Delivery
  2. Improved

The oven gets the new ticket when an order changes

When a pizza is added to or removed from an order already sent to the kitchen, the oven gets the customer ticket again with what the order really holds, even when it is charged without sending it again. And if sending fails, the till says so instead of keeping quiet.

  3. Improved

The website always shows which store you are ordering from

For pickup, customers always choose their store from the list, even when only one is open, and see it with its address in the basket, next to the pay button and on the confirmation. A paused store can stay on the list, greyed out with its phone number, so nobody mistakes another one for it. Switching from pickup to delivery asks for the postcode first: if another store delivers there, the order moves to it with its basket.

    Module · Online ordering
  4. Improved

An easier floor plan to set up

The editor places every table in one go, undoes and redoes (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y) and fits the canvas to what is drawn. A size typed by mistake no longer squeezes the tables against the edge.

  5. Improved

The till asks with its own prompts

Voiding a ticket, deleting an address or reprinting an invoice are confirmed in the till’s own prompt, large and readable on the touchscreen, instead of the browser’s little window. When opening a reserved table it asks whether it is the booking or another customer.

  6. Improved

Bookings reach the floor without reloading

A new booking shows up on the till and waiter-app floor even if a live update is lost: while the floor is on screen, it refreshes itself every minute.

    Module · Reservations (Reservér)
  7. Improved

    Password recovery, in Spanish

The email staff use to reset their password now arrives entirely in Spanish, greeting and sign-off included.

  8. Improved

The print agent, always up to date

The print agent updates itself, and the printing settings link to its latest version and the help, and flag any agent that has fallen behind.

  9. New

    Suggested notes per product

When adding a note to a line, the till and the waiter app offer the usual notes for that product or its category as buttons: “rare”, “no ice”. No more typing them in the middle of the rush.

  10. Improved

The kitchen knows when a scheduled order is due

The kitchen ticket and the kitchen display say “PICKUP AT 21:00” or “DELIVERY AT 21:00”, with the day if it is not for today. A scheduled order no longer looks like any other.

    Module · Scheduled orders
  11. New

    Separate delivery hours

A store can deliver fewer hours than it opens. The website only offers delivery within those hours and says when it starts: “delivery from 20:00 today”.

    Module · Online ordering
  12. Improved

Till and web orders, side by side

Order lists can be filtered by origin, till or online, and reports split web sales out within each channel.

  13. New

Support assistant in the back office

An assistant answers how-to questions from the program’s documentation without leaving the screen. Anyone who does not want it can turn it off in My account.

  14. Improved

Health and safety: expiry dates and alerts

Medical check-ups, training and protective equipment carry an expiry date, and the program warns a month ahead, just as it does for vehicle insurance and MOT.

  15. Improved

“PAID” in large print on the ticket

An order that arrives already paid, such as one paid by card online, prints “PAID” in large type and “DO NOT CHARGE” under the number. The rider does not charge it twice.

  16. Improved

Web orders reach the oven on their own

A paid web order prints its oven ticket without anyone firing it, and a half-finished web payment no longer blocks the cash-up.

    Module · Online ordering
  17. Improved

“Not for sale”, at a glance

A size or base withdrawn from a product shows as “Not for sale” on the prices screen and cannot get into any order, neither online nor through “order again”.

  18. Improved

Just as fast with years of history

The kitchen display loads only the open shift, and order and invoice searches no longer scan the store’s whole history. Web orders left half-paid cancel themselves after 24 hours.

  19. New

    Health and safety per employee

Each person’s medical check-up, safety training and protective equipment, with the scanned documents stored privately and ready for an inspection.

  20. New

    Holiday calendar

A yearly calendar per employee: one click marks a day, dragging marks a stretch. The balance is counted against their days for the year.

  21. New

Timesheets in Excel, with a pay sheet

Timesheets export to Excel. Filter by one employee and you get their pay sheet ready to print on A4, with the total, what was advanced and what is left to pay.

    Module · Timesheets
  22. Improved

    Clear refunds in the cash-up

When the shift has refunds, the cash-up shows what was taken, refunded and net for each payment method, on screen, on the printout and in the PDF.

September 2026

  1. New

    Half-and-half in the online store

Customers build their half-and-half pizza from the website, the table QR code or the API, priced as the dearer half.

    Module · Online ordering
  2. Improved

Refunds from the back office that leave the till alone

A refund made from the back office no longer comes off today’s cash-up unless you tick “Comes out of today’s till”.

  3. Improved

    Tighter permissions for managers

A manager runs the rest of the staff but not administrators or other managers, and nobody can change their own role.

  4. New

The dining room, inside the till

A “Floor” tab on the till with the plan and the state of every table. A free table opens a ticket and an occupied one jumps to it; with courses, the till fires course by course.

  5. New

    Reservér bookings on the floor

The table shows as reserved before the guest arrives, the ticket starts with the party size and, on payment, the booking is closed with what was spent.

    Module · Reservations (Reservér)
  6. New

    Delivery vehicles

Each store’s scooters and cars with their insurance and MOT. The back office flags what is due, and an email goes out at the notice you choose, a week before and on the day.

  7. New

    My account

Everyone changes their own password, details and PIN from their own screen, without asking anyone.

  8. New

    Switch store from the header

Anyone running several stores moves between them without signing out, landing on the same screen in the other store. Cash-ups can be marked as checked against the paper count.

  9. Improved

    Reprint at your till

With several tills, a ticket or invoice is reprinted on the printer of the till you are at, not the one that took the payment.

  10. Improved

Manager PIN to open and close the till

Opening and closing a shift require a manager’s or administrator’s PIN, and the shift is recorded in their name.

  11. New

    Pay owed by hours worked

An hourly rate per employee, and per shift when a day is paid differently. Hours turn into an amount and export totalled per person.

    Module · Timesheets
  12. Improved

    VAT per line on purchases

Each line of a purchase invoice carries its VAT rate, and the record, list and report give the breakdown by rate, ready for your accountant.

    Module · Purchasing
  13. New

    Floor plan

An editor to draw each area as it really is: round, square or rectangular tables, bar, kitchen and signs. The plan shows on the till and in the waiter app.

  14. New

    Joined tables

A large party takes several tables on a single ticket, shown as “5 + 6” on the floor, in the kitchen and on the ticket.

  15. Improved

    Blind cash-up by payment method

At close, cash and card terminal totals are counted before seeing what the program expects, and online payments are kept separate so they do not inflate the till.

  16. New

    Recipe costing per product

Each product can have its own usage per portion and size, which overrides its category’s. Removing an ingredient from the recipe stops it being deducted.

    Module · Inventory
  17. Improved

The waiter app, light or dark

The waiter app follows the light or dark mode of the waiter’s phone, so it does not dazzle in a dimly lit room.

Module · Waiter app and courses
  18. New

The online store, with your brand

Logo, colour, typeface, copy and legal pages of the online store, changed on the spot. You pick one colour and the program derives the rest so everything stays readable.

    Module · Online ordering
  19. Improved

    Privacy built in

Draft legal notice, privacy and cookie pages listing the real processing, a privacy notice where data is collected, and account deletion that erases personal data without touching invoices. No cookie banner: none is needed.

    Module · Customer accounts
  20. New

    Public demo

Anyone can try the till, back office, waiter app and online store without signing up, on a pizzeria with a real venue’s menu, photos and allergens.

  21. New

    Waiter app with courses

The waiter opens a table on their phone, orders by course — starters, first courses, mains — and sends each one to the kitchen when it is time.

Module · Waiter app and courses
  22. New

    Modules à la carte

The core is always included and each store switches on the modules it uses. The back office shows which ones it has and what each one does.

August 2026

  1. New

    Integration API

An external ordering assistant reads the menu, opening hours, delivery area and time slots, quotes the order and sends it to the kitchen. The total it tells the customer is the total charged.

    Module · Integration API

July 2026

  1. New

    Pay by line

Tick the lines each guest is paying for, the till adds them up and shows what is still owed.

  2. Improved

    Tags for order notes

Each store defines its usual order notes and they are added on the till with one tap.

  3. Improved

    Pay later

A ticket can be left unpaid with “Pay later” and settled afterwards, without losing track of it.

  4. Improved

A till tailored to each store

Each store decides whether every ticket asks for a PIN and which channels it uses, and customer details can be corrected from the till itself.

  5. New

    Supplier purchases

Suppliers and purchase invoices with their lines, and a report of spending with each one.

    Module · Purchasing
  6. Improved

    Order notes reach the kitchen

The order’s general note is edited on the till and shows on the kitchen display.

    Module · Kitchen display
  7. New

    Order for later

Customers pick a day and a 15-minute slot online, and the order reaches the kitchen in time to prepare it.

    Module · Scheduled orders
  8. New

    QR table ordering

Each table has its own QR code: guests order from their phone and the order lands on the till with the table already set.

    Module · QR table ordering
  9. New

VeriFactu with the Spanish Tax Agency

Records are sent to the Spanish Tax Agency for real, signed with each store’s certificate: every store is its own taxpayer.

  10. Improved

Hide online without removing from the till

A product or ingredient can be hidden from the online store and table QR only, while staying on sale at the till.

    Module · Online ordering

June 2026

  1. New

    Online store

An ordering website with each store’s menu, cart, allergens and card payment through Redsys. The order lands on the till instantly.

    Module · Online ordering
  2. Improved

What is sold in each store

Each store decides which sizes and bases it offers for each product, on top of the shared menu.

  3. Improved

    Your region’s holidays, pre-loaded

National and regional holidays are generated from the store’s province; local ones are added by hand.

  4. Improved

    High-contrast mode on the till

One tap switches the till to high contrast, for screens with glare or tired eyes.

  5. New

    Sales reports

Sales by store, category, payment method, time of day and weekday, with a dashboard showing the day’s real figures.

    Module · Reports
  6. Improved

The till, only from the venue

When enabled, till PINs only work from the venue’s own network.

  7. New

    Refunds and multiple tills

Customer refunds with their corrective invoice, reflected in the cash-up. And several tills per store, each with its own printer.

  8. New

    VeriFactu invoicing, kitchen and printing

Every ticket is a chained invoice with its fingerprint and QR code. Also new: a real-time kitchen display, stock control and printing each ticket at its station’s printer.

Up to May 2026: the foundations

A multi-store POS with a shared menu and per-store prices, half-and-half pizzas and custom ingredients, till shifts, customers with their addresses, staff with PINs and timesheets, and the promotions engine.

Shall we try it with your menu?

Try the demo any time, or tell us about your place: how many tills, whether you have a dining room, whether you deliver. We will tell you which modules you need and which you don’t.
