What data we process

What you send us through the contact form or by email (name, email and, if you provide them, phone, venue name and your message) and what you write in the support chat. Visit statistics are anonymous and cookieless (see the cookie policy).

Why

To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or show you the program. We do not use it to send you advertising you did not ask for.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form and, when you ask for a quote, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

How long

For as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, as long as needed to deal with any possible liabilities. If you become a customer, your data is then governed by the contract.

Who receives it

Nobody, unless required by law. Two providers process it on our behalf: the email provider we use to receive the form, and CONECIA, which runs the support chat and receives the messages you write there in order to answer them. Please do not write in the chat any data your question does not need.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to comercial@comanver.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
